Refund Policy for Yocket Services and Booking Amount
Yocket follows a strict no-refund policy for all premium plans, counseling packages, and paid service offerings. Once a student, parent, or guardian makes a payment towards any Yocket service, the amount paid is considered final and non-refundable, irrespective of whether the student continues with the service, pauses the process, changes their study abroad plans, or chooses not to use the services after enrollment in any circumstances.
Any booking amount, token amount, advance payment, or partial payment made to reserve or confirm access to Yocket Premium or any paid counseling service is also strictly non-refundable. This amount is collected to confirm the student’s interest, initiate internal processing, and allocate counseling/support resources. If the student later proceeds with the full plan, the booking amount may be adjusted against the total plan fee, wherever applicable and communicated by Yocket at the time of enrolment.
Yocket may review genuine service-related concerns and provide suitable support-based resolutions such as counselor reassignment, additional clarification calls, or internal escalation support. However, such resolutions will be at Yocket’s sole discretion and will not guarantee or imply refund eligibility.
