What is the refund policy?
We at Yocket, share all necessary information about our product and service on our website, via emails and calls from our counseling team as well as our contract document that includes all terms and conditions. We strive to go beyond the boundaries to cater to our students’ requirements and give assistance and similarly, expect the same level of commitment and determination from our students in the process.
We expect our students to inform us about any issues they face during the process immediately in order for us to resolve it. (You may also contact the support team through email at firstname.lastname@example.org)
We hereby request you to note that we ideally have a "NO-REFUND" policy. The amount paid by the student is non-refundable.
