Yes, the student can reach the counselor at any time on number provided in your orientation email. The counselor's office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., but students may schedule a call with their counselor outside of these hours if it is mutually convenient. 

Please allow your counselor up to 24 hours to respond to your query. 


If you cannot reach your counselor after that, please contact the Support Team and we will ensure a call back as soon as possible.
