You need to inform the counsellor regarding your general schedule, so that they can create a mutually agreed communication method for you. In case you need to connect with a counsellor over the weekend, please notify the counsellor at least 2 days in advance so they can adjust their schedule accordingly or provide you with a suitable alternative for resolution.
