Your co-applicant can be any of your blood relatives who files an ITR - parents, uncle/aunt, siblings, in-laws, cousins, etc
They must be filling ITR for at least 2 years.
However, this will vary from lender to lender, our advisor will match you with the lender based on the co-applicant of your choice.
